But we aren’t just looking at what’s on our own plates, we’re looking at the bigger picture. Together, we will dive into our local food ecosystem, learning about food insecurity, sustainability, and the vital food resources available right here in our community. Throughout the program, you’ll learn alongside featured guests including food justice advocates and sustainability experts. You’ll also put your new knowledge into action through a hands-on service project: building curated food kits packed with pantry staples and essential cooking tools.
