Are you ready for an unforgettable night celebrating hope, healing, and creativity? You are invited to join us for the debut of Astra Mental Health & Recovery Foundation’s VIVID: The Art of Healing Gala Fundraiser!
This exciting, art-themed event spotlights the incredible talent and resilience of children, adults, and families in our community who are living with mental health and substance use challenges.
The fun starts early with our online auction opening on Friday, July 31. Anyone in the community can browse and bid on amazing professional artwork, handcrafted jewelry, pottery, gift cards, and unique experiences. We will gather in person on Saturday, August 15, at the Townsite Avenue Ballroom in downtown Topeka.Here is what the evening looks like:
🍷 5:30 p.m. – Social hour with mocktails, beer, wine, and a cash bar. Get to know our 2026 VIVID Featured Artists—talented youth ages 8 to 15 served by our organization! 🍽️ 6:15 p.m. – Delicious buffet opens.🔨 7:00 p.m. – The main program and live auction begin!
Other things to know:🎨 Our live auction masterpieces were created expressly for this event by our young Featured Artists.
🎵 During the program, you will enjoy beautiful live music performed by adults in our Expressive Therapies Group.👗 We recommend colorful resort attire. We’re kicking back for an evening of fun, so feel free to wear your favorite comfy yet chic outfit. Tropical patterns, floral prints, bright solids or patterns, linen sets, and chino pants or shorts are all welcome! 🎟️ Tickets: $135 for a single ticket, or $1,080 for a table of eight.
