The Kansas Children’s Discovery Center invites families to discover what makes them special this Spring Break with Charlie Brown and the Peanuts Gang! Join us in the Maker Space for a hands-on creative experience inspired by our current traveling exhibit on Wednesday, March 18, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
During this featured experience, kids can showcase their unique talents by creating cartoons of themselves in the Maker Space. Inspired by the Peanuts characters and their one-of-a-kind gifts, children will explore creativity, storytelling, and self-expression as they turn their talents into cartoon characters and bring their biggest, boldest ideas to life.
Regular admission applies, which is $11 for adults and children, $10 for seniors over 65, and free for infants under 12 months and Discovery Center members. Admission also lets you play all day at the Kansas Children’s Discovery Center with over 30,000 square feet of indoor educational exhibits exploring science, careers, art, building and more, plus a 4.5 acre certified Nature Explore Outdoor Classroom.
