Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra Experience
Step out of the noise of daily life and gently float into deep rest. Drift Into Dreams is a soothing, candle-soft evening designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and invite the body into true restoration in honor of National Dream Day.
We will begin with restorative yoga, using supportive props, blankets, and long-held poses to release physical tension and signal safety to the body. There is no strain, no rushing — only spacious stillness and intentional breathing. As the body settles, the mind naturally softens.
The second half of the experience transitions into Yoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep — a guided meditation practiced lying comfortably on your mat. In this deeply relaxed state between wakefulness and sleep, the subconscious mind becomes receptive to healing imagery, intention setting, and emotional release. Many participants describe this practice as feeling like several hours of sleep in a short time.
This class is perfect for anyone who:– Feels mentally or physically exhausted– Has difficulty winding down at night– Experiences stress or overstimulation– Wants to improve sleep quality– Simply needs permission to rest
No prior yoga or meditation experience is needed.
