DELTA HAZE SHORT BIO. Dale Ann and Rick Garcia are the heart of Delta Haze lasting decades in the Topeka area. Dale Ann is upbeat and engages the audience right from the start, with her lead vocals and good humor also letting us know not only the names of the songs but who wrote them or made them popular. Rick gets people on their feet with his solid powerful beat and takes Dale’s Ann punch lines right on the chin and keeps on ticking! Skipper Moore’s masterful Bass lines sync perfectly with Rick and commands powerful lead vocals as well as backup vocals! Toni Vargas lays down tasteful accents on the congas and other percussion instruments and also takes lead vocals at times! Jason McCord with his acoustic and electric guitars takes us from country ballads to Z Z Top and Stevie Ray Vaughan and Santana, oh! and nice blues lines too! Norman adds to the Band a stack of harmonicas that he puts all his emotions into with every song, and you can tell by his smile he has a great time as do each of us in the crowd. His Backup vocals blend with Dale Ann and Skip and has some strong lead vocals as well!
