NOTO Summer Concert Series Featuring: Big Fat Cow

Big Fat Cow is a Kansas City–based post-country band serving up a gritty blend of folk, rock, alt-Americana, and cowpunk since 2022. What began as a solo folk project evolved into a full band sound, transforming heartfelt songs into energetic, fuzz-driven performances that get audiences dancing, feeling, and fully immersed. With the release of their debut EP Behold the Soil! in 2024, the group has been gaining momentum across the region, bringing their raw, genre-bending sound to stages throughout 2025.
