Cryin’ Out Loud has been performing in the region for almost 30 years. They have a cadre of talented musicians, including Marcus Koch, who is in the Kansas Music Hall of Fame. This band will make you tap your toes, dance, and make new friends all night long. Don’t miss them!

This allows you to purchase an alcoholic beverage from a licensed CCA vendor and walk through the Common Consumption Area. All drinks within the CCA MUST be in a branded cup from one of the licensed CCA vendors within the NOTO Arts District.
