Event Description
Junior high artists need a creative space of their own, too! This three-week Thursday art series gives students time to explore new materials, strengthen their artistic skills, and develop their own ideas in a welcoming studio environment.
Each class includes instruction and demonstrations from a certified K–12 art educator, but students are also encouraged to make creative choices and bring their own style to the work. My goal is not for every project to look exactly alike. It is for students to become more confident artists, take thoughtful creative risks, and enjoy making art alongside others their age.
The August series meets on August 13, 20, and 27 from 5:00–6:30 PM. Art supplies are included, and space is limited so that students receive meaningful guidance and support.
Parents, drop off your young artist and enjoy a little time to yourself while they create!
Registration: $27Includes art supplies and processing fee.
