Don’t sleep on the Art Walk this month, you won’t want to miss this one. We have been looking forward to this month ALL YEAR!
→Vaughn and Suzie Graber are phenomenal artists and compliment each other so well. You might recognize Vaughn from the last Artwalk, as he was woodturning live out front. Suzie is the painter, and her subject matter is limitless. I am always excited to see what they’ve been working on, and their skill and craftsmanship never fail to draw attention. I encourage you to spend some time looking at the sheer details of their work and you will see magic.
→Saige Davis is a current Freshman at Fort Hays State University. “Specializing in acrylic mediums, my work consists of bright vibrant colors and organic structures. Subject matter tends to highlight animals and bugs, featuring the occasional portrait. My work focuses on exaggerating the color pallet of the subject. The paintings are striking and bold to grab the attention of the viewer at first glance”
→Noah Carter is a current second year graphic design student attending Fort Hays State University.He specializes in water based mediums, mainly in watercolor and his work focuses on contrasting the organic nature of the world with a more geometric approach to forms. “Humor and subtle details are often incorporated into my pieces to improve the narrative of the figure and encourage viewers to look more closely. By combining expressive textures with structured design elements, my work invites and rewards careful observation.”
