About This Event

Discover the magic of storytelling beyond the page! In honor of Children’s Day and Book Day, the library is proud to host a vibrant cultural showcase dedicated to Ojibwe heritage.

Join us as we honor the power of narrative through both the written word and cultural movement of one of North America’s largest Indigenous groups. This program bridges the gap between storytelling and living history. Guests will experience the beauty of the Ojibwe language and witness a formal dance presentation. The session will conclude with an educational Q&A and a hands-on workshop where participants can craft a necklace medallion.
