9th/19th Annual Oktoberfest at the Blind Tiger!
It’s the 9th or 19th Annual Oktoberfest for the Blind Tiger Brewery & Restaurant.Why the 9th or 19th?Glad you asked.It’s the 9th year at the Blind Tiger and 10 years before that we held it at Fairlawn Plaza Mall in conjunction with the Topeka German Club.It’s safe to say we have been doing the Oktoberfest for quite a long time.

Helles–Lightest of the German Beer Styles
For Oktoberfest all our beers can be served in multiple sizes of traditional German glassware, including the one liter Masskrug Stein used in Munich (pictured above)!
Traditional German Food Specials:
– Oversized German Soft Pretzels–With Brewmaster’s German Mustard or Beer Cheese Dip – these things are big – big enough for two!
– Traditional Schweine Schnitzel–Boneless Pork Chop pounded thin, hand-breaded, served golden brown, with Spaetzle (German Egg Noodles), Onion Brown Gravy, & one side dish.
– German Bratwurst–Two of these authentic German sausages boiled in our Oktoberfest Beer and grilled, served on a bed of Sauerkraut, with one side dish.
– German Potato Salad–served hot – recipe from a German Grandmother.
– Black Forest Cake–Moist and rich, Whipped Cream & Cherry layers with Chocolate Shavings.
