ARTIST JORDAN E. BROOKS
Jordan E. Brooks’ influences range from classical artists to comic book greats from the ’90s. All of his works focus on the concept of social awareness and overriding power of social media on our environment; aiming to remind people of their inherent humanity. Brooks has previously collaborated on community projects including Brown V. Board Mural, was the 2015 Featured Artist for the Aaron Douglas Art Fair and in 2018 was the recipient of the International Raffaello Award.
“I am working on a new mini collective of paintings more importantly a number of illustration projects all written & designed by me… these recent international/national and local achievements have only intensified my excitement for so much more!
