Annette Hope Billings is a multi-award winning poet and the 2026 recipient of the Governor's Award for Excellence in Artistic Achievement in Literature Also an actress, she blends theatrical highlights to dynamically present her work. Author of several collections, she has also been published in many print and online journals. Billings has performed in and guest- directed community theater She is included in the Kansas Arts Commission Touring Artist Roster and is a Humanities Kansas Folklife presenter.
