CJ’s Summer Stout

Named after one of Blind Tiger’s biggest fans, CJ the Goodyear Wrangler.  You can find this purveyor of fine tread holding court on the east side of the bar.  He will gladly share his depth of knowledge on just about any subject you wish to bring up.  Two favorite topics include the craft beer scene and music.

This carbon black colored Oatmeal Stout is brewed a bit lighter in body for the hot summer months.  This black pearl is bursting with robust flavors of dark chocolate and mocha.   Caramel malts and flaked oats add a slick smoothness and depth of character to this ebony beauty.  East Kent Golding hops provide a clean hop character with low bitterness. Well rounded and easy drinking, this stout will cut the dust but not weigh you down.  Goes well with Walleye fishing and Softball games.
