Pete Lee, a self proclaimed dork, mixes cutting punch lines with an underdog perspective to absolutely roast himself on stage.  His likable style, midwest relaxed demeanor and self-deprecating humor has made him one of the hottest college acts today.  He made his television debut on Comedy Central’s “Premium Blend” and last year was selected as a semi-finalist on NBC’s “Last Comic Standing.”  The year, his growing popularity placed him 12 out of the top 100 comedians in Comedy Central’s “Stand Up Showdown,” and two months ago we named CMT’s Next Big Comic.

Lee will entertain audience during Washburn Idol at 7 pm Tuesday, April 13.  [Washburn Room, Memorial Union, Washburn Campus]  The event is free and open to the public.
